Nice Visit
Everything that was promised on the website was delivered during our 4 night stay. THe rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel was neat and tidy and the staff was over the top friendly...guess it really is the friendliest hometown. Will stay again when in the area.
Ok Stay
Our stay at the waterfront inn was ok, nothing more nothing less. It is a hotel it was clean but really nothing special. It did have a comfortable bed which was greatly appreciated.
Pleasant Stay
We had to travel to THe VIllages recently under unpleasant circumstances, but were pleasantly greeted at this Inn with a wonderul and friendly staff. We were also pleased once we got to our room. The room was bright cheerful and most of all very clean. Even though our vist was not one we welcomed the stay at the inn helped our spririts greatly. We will stay there again and under better situations.
Enjoyed Our Stay.
We stayed at the Waterfront Inn over the Christmas break for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the lake view was very nice. We were just a short stroll from the Town Square and spend parts of both nights there. The price was a little high but I guess that was because of the location. I would recommend this hotel based on location and cleanliness. But it is mostly just an above average hotel located in a great spot.
Probably the most upscale hotel in The Villages is the relatively new Waterfront Inn. It is set within walking distance of Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and of course sits right on the water.
The individual rooms will have either a golf course, lake, or pool views. Also each room has a 32 inch flat screen television, a safe, coffee-maker, desks, free wireless internet and beds with Egyptian cotton linens.
Amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness room. For business minded individuals, there is a 24 hour business center, meeting rooms and AV equipment. Parking is free and there is a paid shuttle service to all areas of The Villages. Finally, there is a laundry room and a huge fireplace in the lobby.
Lake Sumter Landing has nightly free music, great restaurants, and plenty of shopping all just a short stroll away.
